Terms

These terms cover your use of thespecial.app while we are in waitlist mode. Last updated October 10, 2026.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist you give us your email address, and optionally a neighborhood, so we can tell you when thespecial.app launches. You can ask us to remove you at any time through the contact page. Privacy explains how we handle your information.

Specials and places

Specials, prices and hours are set by the places that run them and can change without notice. Always confirm with the place. The map and places you see on this site today are illustrative samples.

Drinking responsibly

Some specials involve alcohol and are for adults 21 and over where that applies. Please drink responsibly and never drive after drinking.

No warranty

The site is provided as is while we build it. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either.
